- Video-on-demand of all sessions* (subject to the speakers´ consent) until 30 November 2023 on the digital conference platform. After that date, the sessions will continue to be accessible in the EACS Resource Library, but only for EACS members.
- Access to the official conference mobile app, including the live interpretation in Ukrainian and Russian of specific sessions

- Access to the platform for the pre-arranged face-to-face meetings with the ePosters presenters
- Possibility to opt-in for a complimentary one-year EACS membership
Online regular delegates and allied professionals:
- Access to the online conference platform:
- Live broadcasting of a selection of sessions including plenaries, EACS Guidelines, meet-the-experts (ask your questions to our experts) and sponsored sessions*.
- Video-on-demand of all sessions* (subject to the speakers´ consent) until 30 November 2023 on the digital conference platform. After that date, the sessions will continue to be accessible in the EACS Resource Library, but only for EACS members.
- Access to the ePosters
- Access to the official conference mobile app, including the live interpretation in Ukrainian and Russian of specific sessions
- New this year!
- Possibility to opt-in for a complimentary one-year EACS membership
* Some sponsored sessions will be restricted to prescribers only.
Please note that we will not accept any group registrations without an individual postal and email address for each delegate.
This is the mandatory information per group participant for a seamless conference experience:
- Individual email address;
- Postal address;
- Country;
- Profession;
- Organisation/institution;
- Authorisation (yes/no) to prescribe medical products and/or medical devices.
This information will enable EACS to contact delegates regarding EACS activities, but also to update them on any news about the Conference. It will allow them to access the digital conference platform and set up the face to face meetings with the ePosters presenters.
After the completion of the online group registration form and after the receipt of full payment, the group manager will receive information on how to communicate the individual details of each group member.
Further details and instructions will be included in our confirmation email.
Should the pre-paid amount not be used in full during the pre-registration process, the remaining amount can be used for additional onsite and online registrations.
There will be no refund for paid and unused badges.

It is the delegates' responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for Poland and to apply for a visa, if necessary. Delegates who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Delegates should contact the nearest Polish embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa application.
To receive a letter of invitation, attendees must first register to the Conference and submit the payment in full. Letters of invitation will not be sent after 20 September 2023 (23:59 CET).
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation can contact the Conference Secretariat by sending an email to registration@eacs-conference2023.com.
The letter of invitation does not financially oblige the Conference Organiser in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the Conference are the sole responsibility of the delegate. The letter of invitation does not guarantee an entry visa to the Poland.
