Media registration

Media registration is free of charge and includes*:

• Entry to all official conference sessions, as well as the conference opening;
• Entry to the press conferences;
• Entry to the exhibition hall and ePoster area.

*Please note: In order to register as a media representative, you are required to be at least 18 years old (as of October 2023). In order to complete the registration, the Conference Organiser will require proof of the journalist’s professional affiliation. All credentials will be verified by the Conference Secretariat and approved before media registration is confirmed. The number of media registrations is limited. EACS reserves the right to refuse applications.
