Share your art at the Positive Art Exhibition 2023

The European AIDS Clinical Society (EACS) wishes to put the creative work of people living with HIV in the spotlight at the 19th European AIDS Conference in Warsaw, Poland, 18-21 October 2023.

Artists living with HIV are invited to submit their work - drawings, paintings, prints, photographs, short movies or images of 3D exhibits – which must have been created between 2019 and 2023.

Art with HIV-related themes is especially encouraged, and artists can remain anonymous if they wish.

An international jury will choose which artworks will be displayed at the Conference. Following that, delegates can vote for their favourite exhibit.

Artists should submit high resolution digital files of their artwork (maximum 3).

Format:

• JPG, PNG, PDF, or MP4.
• Videos can also be submitted through Vimeo or YouTube links.

Note that videos can be only displayed without sound at the exhibition. So please keep that in mind for your submission.

Please note the following:

• Identify each artwork file using first name and surname, with a consecutive number for each submitted piece – (for example, MariaLopez1, MariaLopez2 etc).
• Give the title and size of each work in the body of the message.

All selected artists will receive complimentary registration for the 19th European AIDS Conference.

Please do not register to the Conference if you are applying to the Positive Art Exhibition.

By participating in the art exhibition, you declare your consent that the EACS may exhibit the submitted artistic work free of charge on the EACS Conference websites together with sub- or associated sites, on the Society websites if applicable, as well as on various social media platforms (Youtube, etc.) and make it visible to visitors to the websites during a period from 18 October 2023 to 31 January 2024.
