Pre-arranged face-to-face meetings, the registered participants meet the presenting authors during the Conference.
The 1:1 ePosters exchange tool allows every registered participant to schedule and manage in-person meetings with ePosters presenters during the Conference in Warsaw.
- Before the Conference, from early October, each registered participant will be able to connect using the virtual event platform or mobile app;
- Connect to the platform with your email address used for the registration to the Conference;
- Set up your profile;
- Request 15-minute meetings with the ePosters presenters of your interest.

All 1:1 ePosters exchange meetings take place in the ePosters area located at the back of the Exhibition.
Each meeting is happening at its dedicated ePoster station.
