How to reach the conference venue?

Virtually all roads lead to the 19th European AIDS Conference, whether you are travelling by train, plane, or car.

Here are a few quick tips for navigating Warsaw like a pro, no matter what mode of transportation you use.

Location

The EXPO XXI is located in Wola, the fastest developing district of Warsaw, close to the Central Railway Station (Warsawa Centralna) and the Western Railway Station (Warsawa Zachodnia), as well as the International Chopin Airport.


Access

By bus

Lines: 105, 136, 167, 178, 184, 186, 255 523, 414 (PKP Kasprzaka stop)

By underground

M1 underground line: get off at Centrum, Świętokrzyska or Politechnika stop and then:

  1. Take tram 22 or 24 to Rondo Daszyńskiego
  2. Then take bus 105, 178 or 255 (Centrum stop), 178 (Świętokrzyska stop) or 167 (Politechnika stop) and get off at Kasprzaka stop


M2 underground line: get off at Rondo Daszyńskiego stop and take a bus: 105, 255 or 178.

By tramway

When using the tram, get off at Rondo Daszyńskiego, where the tram lines: 1, 9, 11, 14, 22, 24, 25, 36 stop.

Then change to bus lines: 105, 178, 255 and go to the Wola train station. (Kasprzaka). From here, you can walk along Bema Street.

Another option is to take tram 10, 11, 13, 26, 27 to the Sokołowska stop, and then on foot along Bema Street.

By train

The closest train station is: Warsawa Zachodnia (Western Railway Station of Warsaw)
