A wide variety of hotels in different categories have been pre-booked at preferential rates for the 19th European AIDS Conference. The hotels are located in various locations, such as between the city centre and the conference venue (Expo XXI) or directly in the city centre with convenient routes to the Conference.
The rooms are subject to availability. If availability is given, last-minute bookings will be possible until 17 October 2023. The rates include breakfast and local VAT.

K.I.T. Group is appointed as the official and exclusive hotel accommodation agent for the 19th European AIDS Conference.
Your hotel reservation(s) will be part of the conference block, and K.I.T. Group will be available to provide support before, during, and after the Conference.
The European AIDS Clinical Society strongly recommends delegates to book via K.I.T. Group. We are aware of fraudulent groups acting as housing agents that claim to be associated with the congress. Regretfully, we cannot offer any support for any bookings made via these fraudulent companies.
